Terms & Conditions
By enrolling with London Taekwondo Falcons all student members and parents/guardians of student members under 18yrs agree to the following membership terms and conditions.
General Conduct

Students must behave responsibly and conduct themselves safely and courteously while attending lessons, including punctual arrival and departure.

Members and parents/guardians must abide by the club’s Codes of Conduct policy, available at www.tkdfalcons.co.uk.

Parents/guardians should be aware that no supervision is provided for students before the start and after the end of a lesson.

No supervision is offered for students of any age who leave the lesson for any reason.

If a student wishes to leave the lesson, they must inform the instructor beforehand.
Attendance and Participation

Students attending a lesson without their membership card must inform the instructor prior to the lesson.

Parents/guardians of young children are advised to remain on site during the lesson. If they do not, it is assumed they consent to their child leaving the lesson unsupervised and/or making unsupervised visits to the nearest toilet.

It is the responsibility of the student or their parent/guardian to inform the instructor of any physical injuries or disabilities prior to the start of the lesson.

By signing the register prior to the lesson, students declare their fitness to participate. If unsure about their ability to train, students should consult their doctor.

Students must not change clothing or eat in the training hall.
Communication and Updates

Contact details for the student, including next of kin information, must be kept up to date with London Taekwondo Falcons. Any changes should be reported immediately.
Lesson Management

If a lesson cannot commence for any reason, London Taekwondo Falcons will endeavour to inform all students beforehand. Alternative lessons are not guaranteed.

London Taekwondo Falcons reserves the right to alter class start times and duration as necessary.

Training fees include discounts for short breaks during Easter, summer holidays, and Christmas, typically no longer than two weeks.

No training will occur on public holidays.
Fees and Payments

Membership fees are non-refundable.

It is the responsibility of the student or their parent/guardian to ensure all training fees and other costs are paid in full when due. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Membership can only be cancelled in writing, with a minimum notice period of one (1) month.

Membership remains active until cancelled in writing, with no refund of fees for non-attendance.

Memberships cancelled and reactivated within six months will incur a £45 re-enrolment fee per student.

Family and dual membership discounts apply only to immediate family members.

For direct debit payments, London Taekwondo Falcons has appointed GoCardless Limited to collect payments.

Promotional Offers: Any student who joins under a promotional offer of free membership and/or uniform and subsequently cancels their membership within three (3) months of joining, will be required to pay for the cost of the uniform and any membership fees provided during the promotional period.
Grading and Promotions

Students may attend gradings at the discretion of London Taekwondo Falcons. No grading tests are allowed in the last 30 days of membership after notice has been given. Students may take one final test before leaving, provided their last day of paid membership is at least 30 days after the grading date.

London Taekwondo Falcons reserves the right to remove or alter discount schemes, promotions, or subscriptions with or without notice.
Media and Equipment

Events such as gradings, lessons, tournaments, and seminars may be filmed or photographed by London Taekwondo Falcons for promotional purposes. Students or parents/guardians can opt out in writing if they do not wish their image or their child's image to be used.

All sparring and training equipment used in class must be purchased from London Taekwondo Falcons only.
